Portland Building Installation Space 2009. RACC invites art students/teams enrolled in an Oregon college/university to submit proposals for temporary installations in a designated space located in the lobby of the Portland Building at 1120 SW 5th Avenue in downtown Portland. Three student installations will be featured in one-month installations. Students selected will receive a $500 honorarium. Deadline: 12/1/08.
